This policy explains the refund and return process for ilhamit.sa services.
Refund requests can be made within a specific period depending on the service before activation.
Some digital services are non-refundable once activated or used.
ilhamit does not offer refunds for payments or transferred fees, as many add-ons and external services are prepaid at the start of the project through third-party service providers that do not offer refund policies. Exceptions apply only where ilhamit explicitly provides written confirmation of refund eligibility, such as a hosting money-back guarantee.
A hosting money-back guarantee (equal to the annual hosting renewal value) is provided if the client is not fully satisfied with the hosting service within 30 days from the date of hosting and domain registration. The agreed hosting period and technical support commence from the date the first demo or trial version of the project is delivered.
In the event that the client fails to respond or follow up on the project for a period of 30 days, the contract shall be automatically terminated. In such cases, the client shall not be entitled to any refund of paid amounts. ilhamit shall not be held liable for the loss of part or all of the client’s data.
